PROVISION OF CORRECT ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and correct name and postal address for delivery of goods ordered from this website. The address must include any postal code required by the national mail service of the receiving country. Louise Shafar will not be responsible for any loss of goods caused by a customer supplying an incomplete or incorrect address, and will not issue refunds for any goods lost in this manner.
If any goods are returned to us marked undeliverable, and the customer subsequently provides a correct address for delivery, then postage will be charged on the re-shipment.
All orders under £50 from within the UK will be charged a £7 fee for postage and packing. All orders over £50 within the UK will be sent free of charge. International customers please get in touch via my contact form for a quote for international insurance and postage.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Customers have a statutory right to cancel their order up to 14 CALENDAR DAYS after their order is delivered. Customers must inform Louise Shafar by letter or email of their intention to cancel. The customer then has a further 14 CALENDAR DAYS to return the order.

The amount paid for the goods will be refunded upon receipt of the returned package. The outward and return postage will be paid for by the customer, unless the goods are faulty, in which case the postage will be refunded by Louise Shafar.
Goods returned from outside Great Britain should be clearly marked RETURNED GOODS on the outside of the parcel. If the parcel is not thus marked, and Louise Shafar is charged VAT or customs duty, then these charges will be deducted from any refund due.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE GREAT BRITAIN
Customs officials in countries outside Great Britain may levy VAT/taxes or handling/duty charges on incoming packages. Payment of any such charges is the responsibility of the recipient of the package and not Louise Shafar. If the recipient refuses to pay such charges then the package will be returned to us and it may attract further charges on entering Britain. If a package is returned to us due to customer refusal to pay import charges, then a refund will be given for the cost of the goods (excluding postage) minus any charges incurred by Louise Shafar when the package returns through British Customs.
DECLINING OF ORDERS
Louise Shafar reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion.
Louise Shafar is a company located in Scotland, and these terms and conditions shall be interpreted and governed under Scottish law.
