Scottish jeweller Louise Shafar has built a reputation as Glasgow’s leading designer jeweller by offering a product and level of service unique to her.
Louise started in the industry as an apprentice goldsmith in 1988. She then spent a number of years working in the industry in the Middle East and the Far East where she gained an insight into their different approach to manufacturing and customer service. Using this knowledge she opened her first shop in 1991 in the South Side of Glasgow. Here she has created a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where the customers’ opinions are valued. Recognition for this was received in the form of the British Airways award for Customer Service.
Louise opened her second shop in Princes Square, on Buchanan Street, Glasgow in 2004 and her third shop is currently under development. She has sourced designer ranges from all over the UK and abroad to stock exclusively.
These collections in gold, silver, titanium and steel are shown alongside her own collection of designer diamond jewellery. Diplomas in gemstones and diamonds mean Louise can guarantee the stones used in her jewellery are of the highest quality and conflict free.
We at Louise Shafar's pride ourselves on the quality and variety of designs, cuts and sizes of rings, earrings and necklaces available. All our jewellery items shown are available in Platinum, 18ct White or Yellow Gold and you may choose a different size of stone whether it be a diamond, aquamarine or pink sapphire.
We also specialise in re-modelling and one off commissions and consultations with Louise are free of charge.
Our exquisite pieces of jewellery are all handmade and are hallmarked in Edinburgh with Louise’s individual mark.
All diamonds shown are sourced from suppliers which are conflict free. Colour is F/G or above. Clarity VS1 or above.
